If you watched the 2019 Oscar Awards, you probably heard this name a lot. Bohemian Rhapsody stars Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury, and this movie follows his life and career. It continues all the way up until Freddie Mercury becomes extremely ill due and finishes off with their epic performance at Live Aid in 1985.
It managed to win a whopping four Oscars during the 2019 awards season, but it’s fair to say that there are a few issues surrounding this movie. During one scene that takes place in 1980, Brian May teaches his band his brand new song, “We Will Rock You.” Yet, this song was actually released three years earlier. Did they write it way before? Or was there just some kind of time-space slip in the movie?
Aladdin (1992)
Aladdin is one of those movies that you can watch over and over again. You can sing, you can dance, and you can hope that one day you’ll have your own genie. This 1992 movie went home with two Oscars under its belt, and a live-action remake was also released back in 2019. Starring Robin Williams as the genie, it’s another one of his greatest movies.
Yet, that doesn’t mean it’s without fault. When Princess Jasmine’s tiger bites off the pants of a potential suitor, his rather garish underwear is exposed. At the same time, we notice that the tiger also has this material in his mouth. How is that possible? It looks like the animators kind of forgot what they were doing here.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was brought to us in 2001, and we’ve never looked back since. Naturally, filming a movie about magic back in the early ‘00s couldn’t have been easy, so we have to give these guys a little leeway when it comes to their movie mistakes. Especially when it’s a film full of young, new actors all ready to make it big in Hollywood.
The biggest error of them all came during the flying scenes. To make filming more comfortable for Daniel Radcliffe, a seat was built onto his broom. The only problem is that you can see this seat in the final cut. So, it wasn’t the kids messing up. Nope, it looks like the editing team just didn’t do their job properly. Rookie mistake. .
Chicago (2002)
Roxy is one of the baddest ladies in the business, and Chicago showed us that. This 2002 movie musical starred Catherine Zeta-Jones and Renee Zellweger as Velma and Roxy, and these ladies helped the movie win six Oscar Awards! It is one of the greatest stage-musical to movies ever made, but it’s not without a few bloopers.
Of course, there were a few little niggles with the production. During this particular scene, the two leading ladies seem to swap sides within just a few milliseconds of each other. While it could have been possible, we don’t believe it was intentional. It would have been a mighty fast move to get to the other side, and we don’t think anyone could do it that quickly in heels.
Forrest Gump (1994)
Forrest Gump is the kind of man we wish we could be friends with, more than anything because he’s one lucky son of a mom. This film was an ultimate classic as soon as it came out in 1994 and went to prove that Tom Hanks is one of the greatest actors of our generation.
Although fans of the movie were happy to see this film walk away with six Oscar statues at the 67th Academy Awards, they were more impressed that Forrest and Lieutenant Dan managed to catch so much shrimp when every other fishing boat had failed. This wasn’t any ol’ shrimp, though. This was shrimp that was already processed, and with their heads already over at this website removed…
