Latin American & Latino/a Studies Learning Goals
The LALS Program has four primary goals for its pupils:
- The arts and the social sciences to understand Latin America and Latinos in the United States through the lenses of literature.
- To research the precise historic problems that have shaped—and continue steadily to shape—these communities.
- To produce interaction abilities in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
